WHAT:   A divine union of tribal fusion belly dance, coupled with core & restore yoga, meditation, invocation and elevation, for the whole body experience.   This series is designed to quickly snap you into the most powerful part of yourself, your womb energy… in other words your creative energy. From moving directly from this space we enter into our creative mastery, and it is from here that everything just feels better and old energies finally shift.  We will be “Drawing Down the Moon” and  invoking the goddess Diana within this series.  Diana, goddess of the hunt and goddess of the moon.   The mother of mothers and the queen of heaven.   Calling her influence into this dance as we ground and energetically to hunt for what we need, to preserve ourselves trough the winter months.     Grounding is key during this invokation, opening and charging sacral chakra, hip opening and exquisite hip movement within choreography.  A concentrating on isolations, popping and locking(shout of to Kimiko)  and ethereal slow motion water like movement.   Expect meditation, pranayama,  vinyasa yoga warm up, and restorative cool down.  This series is jam packed, the perfect healing, cave-like atmosphere for you to come seek warmth from winter weather while moving deeply into your connective tissue and activating your divine DNA through ritual dance with some beautiful like minded individuals.  Hence the name “THE DANCE OF DIANA”

HOW MUCH: $98- pre sale $115 day of   non refundable yet maybe transferable **

WHAT TO WEAR: Comfortable clothes you can move freely in dance or yoga pants and for this series please feel free to get creative with what you’d like to wear as long as it move. No coin hip scarves please (they are truly noisy)

WHAT TO BRING:  A yoga mat and a bottle of water, something for the altar if you’d like 🙂  (if you do not have a mat one will be provided for you)
